2014: Most of a year in Pictures

I would hate for people to think we did not do anything from May 2014 to January 2014.  We did a lot.  We did so much I did not update this blog.

We left off in Hong Kong.  This is Bodie and the twins, Laurel and Joe in Hong Kong.  We had such fabulous time in Hong Kong.  A great amount of our success was because of Thai, Steve and their lovely kids who were wonderful with Bodie.

On one of the first days we went and saw the Big Buddha. We got to take a gondola up their.

Then we went to Ocean Park, the amusement park/aquarium.

We got to take a gondola their as well.

We saw penguins. Bodie Went on rides.

And we saw a show with these guys -
We did the traditional Hong Kong tours:  the Peak Tram, the Goldfish Market.

We went to science world and saw too many Bodies.

We ate Dim Sum.

We got to spend a long time with Thai and her family.  This is how we got to their boat house.

In the INTA hotel they were advertising this Bodhi.  Not sure what it was about but it did make a good photo shoot.

Although we did get Dim Sum here we ate mostly Italian food.  Strange but true.

The flights to and from Hong Kong went really well.  Bodie is a great traveller.

We had to stop in Beijing on the way home which ensured we got to take a picture of a sign which does not make alot of sense.

JUNE

We also went to little league day in Seattle and saw the Mariners.  We got to walk around the field before the game started.

Bodie got to meet a new friend who he will be spending a significant amount of time with, Oliver.

Bodie got a ride in a race car during our block party on Father's Day.

JULY

Bodie went in a Canada Day bike parade.

We had visitors for Alberta, and had Riley and MC Yung come over to play.

Christopher enjoyed the Aquarium.

Bodie explored new playgrounds.

We took Oliver to his first game.  The matching earphones were classic.

BIRTHDAYS

We did the now traditional gang birthday for the four year olds, and then had Bodie's birthday at the Granville Island watermark again.

OCTOBER

We started doing a crazy amount of crafts.  Most involved robots, swords, lightsabers, or rockets.

We had a blast at Halloween.  Bodie was a ninja.

Another craft.

Bodie and I biked to the Planetarium and had a great time.  At the end of this Bodie decided that he wanted to be a hockey player and an astronaut.

Best friends, Bodie, CJ and Nate,

We thought these "snowflakes" made the perfect Christmas decorations.

This is Bodie at a birthday party at Rocky Mountain Flatbread.  He and CJ turned the bowls into hats and the leaks into swords.

Bodie continued to get into some scrapes.

This was from well into 2015.  A beautiful day at the beach.
