Bodie has learned to stick out his tongue. I often stick out my tongue at him when he is in the stroller. I think this is the result. It is a good reminder that he is a sponge and will likely imitate a lot of our behaviours.
After two nights of many episodes of waking up and rolling over and two days of general unhappiness, we decided that it was toothing pain and got Bodie some advil. It seems to have done the trick. Last night he slept from from 8 until 2 and 2:30 to 6:15. He also had a nap in his crib this morning at 9:30 first time in a while.
We have broken down and gotten him the next size up of car seat as he is one pound and two inches short of out growing his infant seat. We also have all the requirements to start him on solids: chair, spoon, bowl, rice cereal. We are going to wait a week or two more as he is not showing much interest in us eating yet.
He still is a happy guy as can be seen in this video. He has a very funny laugh. Usually at about 5:30 he finds most things funny, but this is from the middle of the morning yesterday.
What a great laugh! And good news that the Advil helped with sleeping. From now on, you can blame teething for all kinds of things!
